Matthieu Ollivry

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Matthieu Ollivry has specialized in business and criminal litigation for 20 years.

After working as an associate, and later partner, at leading French and international law firms including Gide Loyrette Nouel, Jones Day, and Dentons, Ollivry founded Ollivry Avocats in 2024.

He is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas Universities. He also studied at Sciences Po Paris (Ecofi section, 2001), where he has been a law lecturer for 15 years.

Matthieu Ollivry is recognized for his work in commercial litigation and white-collar crime by the Legal 500, Leaders League, and Best Lawyers rankings.

He works in both French and English.

Théo Munck

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Théo Munck is an associate at Ollivry Avocats, specializing in business litigation and white collar.

Prior to joining Ollivry Avocats in 2025, Théo worked at international law firms, working in banking and finance, restructuring, litigation and arbitration. He also worked as a lawyer at the EFB (Paris Bar School).

He is a graduate of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne Universities.

He works in both French and English.
